  • What is included + how much does your service cost?

    Our service has a base price of $65 per adult with a $600 minimum on weekends; $500 minimum on weekdays. A $200 deposit is required to book. Full payment is due 4 hours prior to event scheduled.

    Mixed Greens with our delicious F&F dressing
    Grilled Veggies
    Stir-fried Teryiaki Garlic Noodles
    Garlic Egg Fried Rice
    2 Protein Choices (add ons + upgrades available)
    Unlimited Sake! (21+)

  • Do you offer table + chair set ups?

    We do not offer table and chair set ups. But we do have local companies we can refer you to.

    You should arrange for a clear area for our grill: 69" L x 28" W x 41" H

    You simply setup your decor, tables, chairs, silverware, large plates, salad plates, drink cups and any beverages you want to drink besides sake (which we bring plenty of!)

  • Where can F&F cook?

    It is best to cook outdoors on a flat surface. Although we prefer to cook outdoors, we can cook indoors. Please notify us ahead of time if you prefer indoors. We require the space to have high ceilings and plenty of ventilation in the cooking area. If there is light rain, a tent must be used for our chef.

    If using an event space, ask your event space coordinator if hibachi catering is allowed to cook onsite.

    F&F is fully insured.

  • How do I get an estimate and book a date?

    Fill out our inquiry form through the Book Your Party link and we’ll provide a quote as swiftly as possible.

  • What time will the chef arrive?

    Our set-up process is usually very easy and only takes a few minutes. The chef will try to arrive approximately 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled reservation time. Chef will start cooking no later than 15 minutes after the alotted booking time.

  • Is there a travel fee?

    It’s free the first 30 miles to your party location from our office (Oklahoma City)! It's $2 per mile after the first 30 miles. We travel as far as 120 miles.

  • Is gratuity for the chef included?

    Gratuity goes directly to the chef and is greatly appreciated!

    Most of our guests tip similar to eating at restaurants 20% - 25%

  • What type of events does F&F cater to?

    Elevate any party for any occasion! Ideal for any occasion such as birthdays, prom, graduation, rehearsal dinners, holidays, work events and any other event you may have in mind!

  • Do you require access to electricity or any specific facilities for cooking?

    We don't need any electrical hookups for our cooking space. All we ask is that the area where the chef will be cooking is well lit.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    In the event of cancellation or adverse weather conditions, we kindly request a 48-hour notice before the scheduled event. If inclement weather occurs on the event day, either the client or a representative of F&F will be notified 4-6 hours before the scheduled time. The $200 deposit can be applied toward a future rescheduled date. However, if cancellation occurs after the 48-hour window, the deposit will be considered non-refundable.

  • Do you accommodate certain dietary restrictions and allergies?

    We're dedicated to ensuring that everyone at your event can enjoy our delicious offerings. Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, keto, or have specific dietary restrictions like dairy-free, we've got you covered.

    To make sure we tailor our menu perfectly to your needs, please inform us of any changes, add-ons, allergies, or dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make your dining experience exceptional!

  • can you accommodate last minute bookings or changes to the guest count?

    Of course! We gladly accept last-minute bookings. Simply send us your inquiry, and we'll promptly provide you with a quote.

    Please note that any adjustments to food orders or guest count must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. We're here to accommodate your needs and ensure a seamless experience!
