Meet Ashley Bouthavong and Emrick Immanuel, seasoned veterans of the Japanese restaurant scene with over 15 years of passion and expertise each. Ashley's journey began at a Japanese steakhouse in Chattanooga, TN, where she started as a hostess at just 16 years old, eventually rising to become a regional director within various restaurant groups. Emrick's culinary odyssey kicked off as a busser in Kansas City at the same age, where he immersed himself in every aspect of hibachi and sushi preparation, ultimately mastering the craft and becoming the head chef that oversaw a widely versed Japanese restaurant group.
Their shared dream culminated in 2012 with the opening of their own successful Japanese hibachi and sushi restaurant in Jackson, MS.
